Section 13: Conditions of sale
13.1	All orders are binding on the buyer. No orders will be sent to any of the buyers clients.
13.2	The seller is not responsible for any delays or theft which may occur in delivery.
13.3	Any claims made by the buyer must be made within sever days from recipt of goods / date of invoice / delivery note. All claims are to be made in writing.
13.4	Damaged or undamaged goods may not be returned without prior arrangement. A 20% handling fee will be levied on goods which are accepted for return, plus postage.
13.5	You may not use Orderite (Pty) Ltd. / Cupidolls names, logos or product names for any purpose other than to sell or introduce Orderite (Pty) Ltd. / Cupidolls products.
13.6	You may not advertise, market or sell Orderite (Pty) Ltd. / Cupidolls products under any other name withour a written consent from Orderite (Pty) Ltd. / Cupidolls.
13.7	You may not disclose any prices, technical or other information of a confidential nature received from Orderite (Pty) Ltd. / Cupidolls, except where it is required for the purpose of selling the product.
13.8	You will at all times properly represent Orderite (Pty) Ltd. / Cupidolls and will not falsify any statements for or on behalf of Orderite (Pty) Ltd. / Cupidolls.
13.9	All products are strictly Cash on delivery and no credit will be allowed,
